try the Euro version, also try with Unofficial Chinese Custom Builds, get them from here ->> https://ziperto.torrentbay.st/citra-3ds-emulator/, hope that helps.

Only black screen on citra bleeding edge latest build, im using NSMB 2 Usa version.. Maybe EURo version work?

In reply to Daniel. Happy to help, always try different Citra Builds, coz as long as i know we didnt upload any faulty ROMS, i will recommend anyone if official Citra isn't working then must try with Chinese Builds, let me know if we can help you with any other games. BTW Enjoy

Hey thanks so much, the 3rd one down on the list worked for me:

Citra-GCC6.3.0-NO-OPTIMIZED-16-FEB-2017 (Any CPU)

It’s able to play SMB2 and 3DLand… thanks again!

i downloaded both decrypted roms and none of them work, using the 2 most recent citra emulators on a Windows PC. SM3D land does not work either, but i am able to play Zelda A link between 2 worlds. Any suggestions? Thank you
